Terms and Fulfillment Policy
These terms describe how ECU/TCU File Service orders are placed, processed and supported.
Service scope
- The service consists of analysis and processing of ECU/TCU files uploaded by the customer.
- Each order is reviewed manually. Uploading a file does not guarantee that the requested modification is technically possible.
- The service is provided in a limited scope, according to the current service status and order queue.
Placing an order
- Customers may place an order after logging in or without registration.
- The customer is responsible for providing correct vehicle details, controller type, read tool and file.
- After placing an order, the customer receives an order number, transaction number and status page link.
Fulfillment and payment
- Fulfillment starts after payment is received or after the order is manually marked as paid.
- The price shown in the form may be adjusted after file analysis if the work scope requires additional handling.
- If the price changes, the customer receives information about the additional amount due, an explanation of the reason for the change and the updated order status.
Unable to process
- If the file is damaged, incomplete, inconsistent with the description or technically impossible to modify, the order may be rejected.
- In that case, the customer will receive the reason on the status page or by e-mail, and if the order has already been paid, the payment will be refunded.
Refunds and complaints
- If the service has not started, the customer may request cancellation and refund.
- After work on the file has started, refunds may be limited because the service is digital and made to order.
- Complaints are reviewed after checking the report. If the issue is caused by the service, a correction, repeated fulfillment or refund may be offered.
Emissions systems and vehicle use
- Emissions-related services are intended only for legally compliant uses, such as motorsport, off-road vehicles, diagnostics, export or special applications.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle use complies with laws in the country where it is operated.
